I liked the clean and warm environment, the kindness of the staff, and the availability of amenities in the lobby. The room was also clean and comfortable, but it lacked proper curtains to darken the space.

The location was just stunning with an endless view of the Alpes from the bedroom and the breakfast room. It was probably one of the most peaceful hotels I've stayed at - it helped that the rooms are well insulated, there's no TV (or at least there wasn't one in mine) and it was 5-min away from the centre of the village. The room was simple but comfortable and sparkling clean. The breakfast was rich with good Nespresso coffee. The staff was very kind and made it for a perfect stay.
Great views over the village. Probably the best location to see mountains. Nice Traditional Swiss breakfast. Good Service and great mountain view from breakfast room also. They have good deals to Baden and restaurants.
Outstanding view of Lake Lucerne and surrounding mountains. Great staff. Kudos to Andre, Pascal, Rosa, and of course Chico! The walk down and up into and from the little village is tough. The hotel is some 150' altitude above the village. Unfortunately, no restaurant yet, but the breakfast was included and was excellent!
