Absolutely fantastic host and location! Property is clean and… extra cute! Host provided us with all the details so we could check in after hours and also gave us amazing recommendations for local food and attractions. So worth the money! You would think.. oh, but it’s a shared bathroom.. there are only a few rooms at the property and there is a bathroom (sparkling clean) on the each floor, so it wasn’t a problem at all. Walking distance to everything you would want to see in the town. Highly recommend!

The B&B has a great location right on the lake with easy access by car to amazing hiking areas. The breakfast was generous and included delicious homemade baked items as well as excellent coffee. The host, Ariane, was warm, friendly, and responsive. She and her helper lent us a new paddle board that we took on the lake.

A room in a very lovely house. Right next to mountain and facing to the lake. You can enjoy both lake and mountain views from your balcony. Has a parking lot in front of the house. Tenant was very friendly. Breakfast was great. She asked us what we prefer for breakfast and that was very nice of her. It is a very quite place so you get a good sleep.

Everything! The central location and view were spectacular. The apartment was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for our family of five. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Sologno was an amazing host throughout and made sure we were extremely comfortable either a personalized welcome. The location (silent, sunny, with view on the lake), the village Morcote itself, the spaceous rooms, AND all the food and beverages that the host has surprised us with. Once we had a little issue with the infrastructure and the host immediately came over to fix the problem - that was perfect.
We stayed here for three nights in June 2024. The room was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view of the lake. The hotel is charming and the staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The pizza is one of the best I have ever had and the village of Morcote is very beautiful and tranquil. I would be very happy to stay here again.

The location of this hotel is stunning, view of the lake from your window. The staff is exceptional. Kind, helpful and make you feel right at home. Restaurant on site is excellent with local specialties. Morcote is a lovely village off the beaten path with easy access to Lugano.
The location right on the lakeside in the middle of the village is superb and the view of the lake from our room was exceptional and made it well worth the many sets of steps to climb.
The room, although not luxurious, was clean and comfortable. We liked all the original local artworks throughout the hotel.

The village of Morcote is delightful. The apartment is centrally located just steps from the lakeside. The apartment was comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and nice lounge and dining area. Beds were comfortable. Accessing the apartment was straightforward and we were able to get in early when we arrived to Morcote.
This place is an amazing hidden gem. It was free of people, quiet, serene.
The food was amazing.
The surrounding village was so beautiful. Every turn around a corner was a post-card view.
