Location was close to the train station, which was great. Rooftop balcony was nice, but because it was chilly when we were there, we didn’t take advantage of it. Check-in was very easy.

Fablous view to lake and mountains, very spacious roof apartment with big terrace, very nicely decorated and very clean. Big living room integrated with kitchen, two toillettes, one shower and one bathtub. Claudine the owner was very friendly. Location was good, 10 min walk to lake , train station, and many restaurants.

This is a wonderful privately owned and operated hotel. It makes a change from the sameness of the multiples. Waiters are in white jackets and bows with excellent customer service. The location itself is a little village in its own right up a steep hill overlooking Montreux and the lake. The view in the morning is the most magnificent view I have ever had while enjoying breakfast. Staff are friendly, especially Jasmine, on reception. This hotel represents old world values in the best possible sense.
The villa is attached to the Plaza Royal which was running a cafe, bar and restaurant late and had underground parking (for 40SF per night). The staff at the reception there were really helpful and the location was perfect
Location was perfect. Just 2 mins by bus to any popular tourist spot within the city. Even the train station was 2mins via bus.
ROOMs were very huge , true to its name.
There were no staff at the property to guide you as it is maintained by the Hotel opposite to Villa Toscane.

Helpful reception, so nice to have a reception instead of self checkin! Great location, restaurants just along the front, lovely village/town, fantastic breakfast choices, lovely view of lake from our room, worth the extra money. Can thoroughly recommend.
The staff was exceptionally helpful, really kind and made my check-in and check-out experience amazing. I would definitely return to this place.
Overall, Villa Toscane is perfect value for money.
I wish i would have tried the breakfast but i didn't get the chance to.
I did however go to the bar which had an amazing cocktail on the menu and the serving was to the same high standard.
10/10 would return again.
Location was fantastic, and the property beautiful. Had everything we needed within the property, as well as a beautiful view from the Villa - a truly memorable stay. The perfect location to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The Villa is really cute. We were a family of 4 and it was very comfortable with 2 bathrooms. The views of the lake are lovely. They have a PS2 so kids had a great time.
Very nice accommodation, great views, very spacious rooms and wonderful decor, great balcony location with beautiful lake view. The playroom and attic are children's favorites. Looking forward to lodging in the villa during summer vacation again!
We were very pleased that to our surprise, at the check-in we had the offer to stay at the Royal Plaza Montreux, instead of the Villa Toscana, which for some reason was closed. We certainly enjoyed the facilities and all the comfort of the Royal Plaza Hotel. Special mention for the efficiency and kindness of Miss Denis, at the front desk, as well as the rest of the team.
