Location was great - very easy 8 minute walk from the Interlaken West train station. The grounds were very lush and the entire place felt like a tropical garden. Everything in the unit worked and the place was clean and ready for vacationing. The balcony area was sunny and made for a great place to read a book.

The location is excellent like 2 minutes walk from Interlaken Ost station with easy access to the bus station. The supermarket Coop is right opposite the hotel. The staff is siper friendly and the property is maintained very well. We would definitely recommend others.

A very friendly host. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a jacuzzi and big and comfortable bed. There were two ventilators which helped immensely with the heat. The noise isolation is very good. Very good location, 5mins walk from Interlaken West train station, 10mins walk from the city center.

I really liked the location of the accommodation, the building looks more like a Villa than a dormitory. It was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend it!
I made mistake booking the wrong room but the staffs were very polite and helpful in assisting me to move to different one.

The location is perfect and you can get your public transportation card when checking in. The staff are great and friendly, I booked 2 single beds and they provide me with what I requested plus with balcony, where you can have a cup of coffee early in the morning and stretch your body. The hot water and water flow at the bathroom are stable. Nothing to complain about. Recommend for short term visitors. Interlaken is a beautiful town and is worthy of visiting.

Hotel is located in a central area and indeed has villa concept. Staff were very friendly and full of positive energy. For staying here, you also get a free city travel card which allows you to use public transportation free of charge and get discounts on certain attractions. My room's mountain view was also amazing.
AC is a real gem, as it's very rare in Switzerland unfortunately. The summer was extremely hot, impossible to sleep properly without AC, thanks to the host.
The room was small but clean, neat and cozy, everything you need for a short stay alone or with a partner. Perfect location nearby to the bus stop should you prefer goin to Wilderswil or further, not that far from Interlaken west train station, so you may walk through the most beautiful part of the village.
Breakfast is decent, good value for money, highly appreciated!
It was absolutely amazing experience for us to stay in this holiday home. The Hosts were very friendly and kind to us. The Location is Great and There is beautiful scenery around. To visit Interlaken, Grinder Wald and lauterbrunun This is Ideal Location. Will Definitely Visit Again Soon. Bus And Ship Free Ticket is provided By the host.
