Fantastic chalet in the heart of the mountains! You have a very nice view from the balcony. You are 10 minutes away from the city center and the main ski facilities. The decor is charming. The room was clean. The kitchen fully equiped. The check-in was « no contact », but the administrator provided all the necessary informations. The parking space is a plus.

The apartment is newly decorated (except for kitchen) and is super clean and cozy. A lot of attention to details and has everything you might need. Great views from the apartment. Master bedroom is wonderful. Very quiet at night, so good rest is guaranteed. The owners live in the same house and are very welcoming.

The apartment was really clean, and the perfect stay for a short stay with our two children. There were some toys which were great for the kids to enjoy. Well equipped kitchen! Lovely quiet block, just ashort distance from town. Nice little outdoor balcony too. Great value for money.

Location is great with absolutely fabulous mountain views. It is just a tiny bit away from the central town but this is good as we've stayed in the center in the past and each time found it very noisy at night - with people enjoying late night entertainments - which isn't great if you are there for a quick break to grasp some fresh mountain air.
Building is located on a quiet street and is within short walk to main street, shops, transport access, ski station.
Property itself is very clean, organized and very well equipped for a truly comfortable stay.
In fact, we've now stayed there several times and are looking forward to return when we are next in Crans-Montana.

Was in Crans for the golf tournament, working at the event. Had a rental car as had parking at the TV compound.
Worked absolutely perfectly. Facilities to cook were excellent and the kitchen well stocked.

I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay in the apartment. It is located in a village on the mountain. There is a balcony with a magnificent mountain view. There were too many parking places in the area. Every thing in the apartment was new and clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

Good sized hotel room with a large pool complex. Higher up in the resort, opposite one of the ski lifts so great for access to slopes and short walk down into the village (but is a steepish up hill walk back!!)
The room was basic, but with enough space and all I needed was there. Good bed and the room was very clean. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with nice views on the mountains and just 3 min walk to the small, but cozy village center of Lens with some restaurants.
Apartment was in excellent condition, very clean, big enough for four, equipped with everything for family stay for very good price. All communication with Claudia was excellent, all instructions and descriptions provided were precise and helpful. Good location, close to the village and slopes.
