This was our first visit to Switzerland from the UK and we couldn’t have picked a better, or more beautiful place and house to stay in. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the location is EVERYTHING! Although you are right on the water at Brienz and people walk by, you still feel entirely private and so privileged to have the wonderful view.

Great view from the terrace, quiet location. The place is clean and well equipped. Great starting point for walks to Bussalp area. One bedroom with a queen sized bed was good for us and our daughter slept on the sofa bed in the living room. Great to have a parking lot just in front of the chalet.

The chosen appartment was spacious and clean. The location at the lake straight behind the train station is fabulous. We were there with children and the apartments are quite children friendly. It was also nice, that there were fans in each bedroom as the nights were quite hot.
We absolutely loved this place. Its very cozy, the host is very kind and helpful, and the rooms are very enjoyable and well-equiped. It really has the feeling of staying in a cozy, wooden cabin. The apartments are in a small village on top of a mountain, its very nice, and has amazing views.
Peter is a great host. The location is really nice: true, you have to drive a bit to get there, but you're in Switzerland, what do you expect? The shared space is very nice (but depends on who you have to share this with...). There's a small shop nearby so you can buy food/drinks if needed. The village offers some nice hikes and good views. Brienz and Meiringen have lots to offer too, though they're not as famous as Interlaken.
