A charming Inn and garden near everything Victoria has to offer. There were deer, squirrels and hummingbirds right outside our window!
The home-cooked, multicourse breakfasts served in the dining room were just delicious and a great way to meet fellow travelers. Everyone, from staff to owner to other guests, was so friendly and welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!!

The Location is outstanding. Across the street from a beautiful park and somewhat of a middle ground between the Harbour, Downtown and Cook St. Village.
Cindy was exceptionally helpful in communicating via messaging during and after our stay. The Parking fee was reasonable and very convenient, I'm not certain I've ever seen such a clean parkade:) Great value, great location would stay again.

Our stay at the Spacious Vacation Home in the Gorgeous Neighbourhood was excellent. The home was exactly as described, offering ample space and comfort for our entire group. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy living area, which made us feel right at home.

Simple and clean. Loved the shower! Decent kitchenette for making breakfasts. Location was okay for driving into Greater Victoria or going to Sooke and other western points. We enjoyed the village of Metchosin, especially the little coffee shop called The Broken Paddle.
Awesome location! Walk to James Bay Village for food and yoga classes, then to Dallas Road to watch the sun set, then walk downtown for dinner. Next day, walk through Beacon Hill park and then have lunch in Cook Street Village. The kitchenette was well supplied and it had an oven!

I loved the heritage building, the views, and the thoughtful and attentive staff. The historic charm and guest friendly atmosphere made me nostalgic for a time past. I felt rested and reconnected. The optional delicious breakfast in the lovely dining room topped if off. I also loved the quiet location bordering the heart of the Rockland area of Victoria. We were an easy distance from Cook St. Village, Fernwood Village, Oak Bay and downtown Victoria.
