We have been coming to valemount for 3 years now and by far this was the beat stay. The Cabin was perfect! We have been staying in hotels so visiting time with friends was always cut short or you have to cram into a hotel room, but with the cabin we not only saved money because we were able to cook our own food, but as well as the visiting time was better. We look forward to our next trip there.

We liked staying near Valemount town. We wanted to see the area near Jasper National Park as we couldn’t stay there due to recent fires. It’s a very convenient location to visit Mt Robson, which was fabulous. We also went on the river safari at Blue River nearby. We enjoyed the fairly remote location and found the township convenient for groceries. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had a bbq which we used. It’s a well maintained property. The caretaker, Kendra, gave us a friendly welcome and explained how things all worked.

The location was perfect as a stop over on our way to Jasper. There is very little to do in the town/village - maybe 2 restaurants/bars for an evening meal. But the staff were lovely and the room itself was comfortable and clean. Plenty of electric sockets but there was a bedside light on only one side of the bed - very frustrating. Plenty of space in the bathroom for your wash bag. The bed was very comfortable.
