For a family of 4 adults, the unit provided more comfort in terms of space and facilities than would be found in a hotel/motel. The location was ideal for attending a wedding at a nearby venue. It was great that we could prepare our own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen.

The unit was huge, I had a horrible stay the last time I was in Hamilton(used a different company) and this experience made up for it greatly. I travel quite often Hamilton being one of those places and I like to stick with one company so I think I found my new favourite place. The unit was so clean there was a bath towel hand towel and face cloth along with razor and toothbrush provided for each individual person.

Everything! Friendly helpful staff, the room was comfortable, clean and modern...a short walk to the go station , Copps and hess village, where there is an amazing selection of restaurants
Rooms were spacious, clean, hotel was convenient for being able to walk to Hess Village, there was lots of restaurants and breweries near by.
Pool was excellent temperature and the patio adjacent to the pool was excellent with lots of seating and loungers.
