I liked everything, but the Staff there is excellent.
The manager Kiki and the shuttle driver from Romania were so friendly and respectful, the resort should be proud with them.
And the star of the staff was a guy named Fatih, he was so positive and ready to help in any case.
Also all the other members of staff were great.
When the staff is great, everything goes in good way.

A very friendly host. An example: the coffee-machine did not work at the arrival, but the host got it fixed “faster than fast”. Great little apartment with all necessary for a holiday week + a nice balcony. The Downstairs restaurant “Village Kitchen” was also very nice and an recommendation worth. An importantly is the Austrian people very friendly and it’s an amazing beautiful country.
Situated in a quiet village just outside Zell am See, Julia’s place is ideally located to explore the Austrian Alps. Very well equipped and with comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the rear of the property and a private patio with furniture to spend warm evenings. Very useful that the property has laundry facilities, a games room and comes with the ‘Zell am See/Kaprun Card’ which gives free or discounted use of local facilities including cable cars. The location is also extremely quiet which is a bonus for light sleepers!
Pension was right in centre of Zell, a perfect location. Nice village feel to Zell. Narrow streets lent themselves to a cost atmosphere. Good selection of bars and restaurants.
This house is not made for tourists, it looks like its owners accept guests there. Even if this is managed by a big vacation house operator you have a feeling that somebody is going to pop in and ask if everything's all right. It is spacious, all modern amentities are there, it's clean and it's just perfect for 3 - 4 families.
2 seperate rooms and a pull out couch .2 bathrooms . Oven which isn’t always available in self catering Austria . Location perfect , beside Bila supermarket and village centre , 5 min walk to bus and city express lift.
