The place is excellent also in winter as a summer because the apartment is close to the parking lot (shuttle free cost to the Gerlitzen lift) and next to the lake. The location oversees the lake Ossiach and has a magnificent view. The suite is modern and well furnished with everything you could ask for at a holiday home. The gas station is near and the supermarket a couple of mins away on foot. The garage was large enough to fit our 4 Harleys inside.
Fantastic location if you arrive by car. The carpark is free of charge and there were not any problem to find park place.
The hotel is very good starting point if you want to buy something (Billa is within 3 minutes walk) or to go on excursion. There's a discount petrol station nearby. Villach is only 10 ten minutes by car, the lake is 20 minutes walk. Every room has a beautiful view to the mountains. As we had west front rooms they were very warm by the afternoon but the air condition worked well. The staff was kind.
