In a walking distance to the ski resort, with an oportunity to get refreshments downstairs in the restaurant or in the front of the apartment in the street food kiosks (with a great honey beer in one of them). The owner provided a shed for our ski equipment and our children were able to play in the snow in the backyard. We had a beautiful view the balcony, both during the day or the evening ;-) The grocery store (Billa) is just few steps away. The parking lot can be crowded during some weekend days, but we were there for the whole weekend. Definitely we will come back for some more skiing, thank you.

Location just next to the ski slope, to the children's ski slope, ski rental and shop, and a billa supermarket. Perfect if you do not have a car and are with a small child. five minutes from the station with a taxi. Fantastic breakfast. Quiet. Clean. Decoration. Price. View to the ski slope. In sum, all perfect, we went there for the second time, and we were equally happy as we were the first time!

I had a delightful stay at this traditional guesthouse. The room was quiet and clean, there was a pleasant traditional austrian atmosphere in the property. It is conveniently located right next to all the services in the village. The breakfast was delicious complete with home made jams, organic tea and a wide variety of cheese and spreads.
We enjoyed a lot our stay at the villa. It was very easy to access and we had everything we needed for our big group. The host was very friendly and caring.

The apartment it's situated next to the Happy Lift and 3 minutes from Semmering ski lifts. Parking next to the villa!
The host was very nice with us, waiting for us to handover the apartment keys in the late afternoon. The apartment was clean, modern furniture and the bunk beds were very comfortable. Room temperature adjustable between 18-26 degrees, very good heating system. The kitchen had all of the necessary accessories in order to prepare food. Billa market 1 minute far away from the apartment. We had a very good stay!
It locates in a beautiful enviroment, the view is marvelous, and the ski slope is in a couple of minutes walk, as well as the village center. The breakfast also good and copious. The dinner is also good and delucious but I also advice you to try other restaurants in the neighborhood. The pool and the sauna very clean and you can book the sauna for a private session. I travelled there on the first week of September, and the hotel was almost empty, so it was very comfortable to use every assets and opportunities of the hotel.
