I booked the single room, which was spacious and clean. The service was perfect and staff was helpful. The sauna facilities were much appreciated after a day-long hikes in the beautiful area. I can definitely recommend staying here.

Really friendly staff, the apartment was very well equipped and super clean. each room had their own bathroom and comfy beds!
The bus stop into town is just outside the hotel and the buses run frequently, making it really easy and fast to get from the hotel to the slopes or apres ski / restaurants.

Exceptional apartment for our small family of three. It is well situated, less than a five-minute drive from the main parking lot for Ischgl ski base. The kitchen was very well stocked and laid out. The heated floors were perfect for winter and the hosts were very kind and communicative. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it. Centrally located so it is very close to all of the lifts and anywhere else in town. Very clean and great layout to the rooms. Service from the owner and everyone else was fantastic. Great made to order breakfast. It was nice that you have your own locker in the ski room. I felt very safe here as a solo traveler from America. Sauna was a nice touch after a long day on the slops.

The property has the finest location in Ischgl, it is located on a very quite street and though it is in the center of every major event happening in the village. You feel like home in the family owned hotel that has very essential facilities. Hotel is comfortable, clean and breakfast is amazing.
Location was good, apartment size was good and it was very comfortable. M, in a quiet location just outside the main village with easy, quick and frequent bus access (or short walk).
Dinner was delicious, breakfast too. I particularly liked the option to make your own juice, choosing your fruits and vegetables! Bathroom was beautiful, brand new and modern, the room was not very cozy though. Really nice view from our balcony. Outside pool only, difficult slippery access up a staircase, especially as it was snowing. No covered space to leave your towel. Nice view from the pool. The hotel is not in the village, it is right across, so it is like a short walk to the village, and the lift. Overall a nice stay.
Everything was perfect. It is a small family-run hotel, everyone is welcoming and helpful. The room was modern and the small spa area is cozy. It is a 5 minute walk to the Silvretta gondola (there is a shortcut over a bridge that Google doesn't know about). This makes the location perfect, it is quiet and you are still immediately in the center of the village. There is even a small bathroom with a shower which you can use after check-out.
We will come here again and can highly recommend it to anyone.

The owner is a sweet, friendly and caring lady, I had a birthday during my stay and a friend called to a hotel to surprise me and they organised a breakfast surprise cake, something I ll never forget!
Everything was clean, in silent part of the village, in 2 mins of walk to a bus station and 10 mins to the city Center, lovely spa area to relax, Silvretta premium card included.
The Klaushof is localised a short distance from the main part of the village (a more quiet area) but within walking distance.
The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a few days' stay. The owners were very helpful and nice. And the Silvretta Card premium, provided with booking, is a big advantage.
Amazing luxury 5 star hotel in a small and quiet village. Great and very friendly staff. Upgraded our rooms. Don’t miss the half board that included a 5-course dinner (amazing dishes and great service). Restaurant Staff were very nice and helped to celebrate our daughter’s birthday (thank a lot). Good for 3-4 day stay (hitching, biking, free tickets from hotel to take the gondola, rafting “desk made the booking for us”, nice swimming pool..).
