The house is wonderful, extremely clean, with an incredible and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are very nice, and it has everything you need. The kitchen is well-equipped. Many thanks to the lovely Mrs. Renate; she was an excellent host who genuinely cares about her guests rather than just the business. You can enjoy complete privacy and security. The mountain weather is very pleasant, with a comfortable elevation and easy access via the road. It's the perfect choice for a big family looking to escape the heat. There are several great places to visit nearby, including two cable cars you shouldn't miss. Additionally, the Heidi Alm children's adventure park is just 20 minutes away and offers plenty of activities. I'll definitely return to this place, my kids loved it!

Great location with a mountain view over the village and private parking area. There is a large terrace to enjoy the view and take a rest on the lounge chairs. The houselady lives in the same house and was very nice, always smiling and so helpful with our daily matters we faced there.
The village and apartments were very nice, in a traditional style, and near the ski lifts. Equipment in the kitchen was very good. The village had quite a nice wellness area.

from 2 ski lifts. One of them is free and take you to the village. We couldn't ask for more for this holiday. We are definitely going back!!!!
It is located 15 minutes from the center of the village by walk. You can reach to ski resorts easely, Bad Kleinkirchheim is in the neighbourhood but Turracher Höhe is also only 15 minutes by car.
Everything was excellent; the host/owner was most lovely and hospitable, the apartment was modern, warm, clean and tidy with everything you need from kitchen (completely equipped with everything) to bathroom, from bedroom to living room. The view was picturesque and the location was quiet, but not too far from the centre of the village and ski slopes. Overall, we would very much recommend this place to everyone; couples and especially families.
The hotel is located just over the village of Bad Kleinkircheim with a beautiful view on the mountains and on the slopes. The staff is very friendly and you can feel positive vibes.
Breakfast and dinner are good.
We liked the cosy apartment and the "Greissler" nearby. The pizza was very delicious. The little village has everything you need for a relaxing vacation, even a "Sauna".
Everything was perfect: the villa, the pool and sauna, the amazing view from the terrace, and our perfect hosts.
We were a large family, and found our stay very comfortable, we didn't want to leave.
