I really liked that the Block Island Beach House is a beach front property, it overlooks the ocean. The room we stood in had a partial ocean view, and from our window we were able to see the boats and ferries when they were leaving and coming to the island! The property was very clean, had a gift shop, a restaurant and bar, food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were all very good!

Extremely stylish hotel, industrial chic style, wonderful common areas, fabulous deck to sit and watch boats, in the center of everything.

The boat was very comfortable and centrally located-we didn't bring a car on our trip and found it easy to walk to Providence attractions. The housekeeper Zilda had done a great job and brought us extra towels and bedding when she saw we had children with us. We enjoyed the decor, and Marcella was very communicative and helpful as we were checking in and out.

Clean shower got in 9pm from fishing boat.and left 12am to get back to the boat.

I loved the fact it was right on the beach! Sit on the balcony.. watch the boats and the listen to the waves. Can go swimming too in the ocean. The employees were SUPER FRIENDLY. It was clean and relaxing. Would definitely go back again!!

The location is PERFECT! We loved that we could park and walk to almost everything - shops, restaurants, boats. The mansions and the Cliff Walk were only a short drive away. The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean, too!

Great view of Newport harbor with boats and bridge lit up at night. Super convenient to attractions, restaurants, walked everywhere. Free trolley about two blocks up Dixon Ave. Very clean and nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable and was nice having a washer and dryer after two weeks of travel.

Food: The breakfast food was excellent. The afternoon wine and cheese snack was a treat. Staff: The friendliness of the staff enhanced my experience. Location: The location was convenient to every adventure I took. The wharfs where boat tours, shops, and a plethora of restaurants were located were a short walk from the B&B. The staff provided multiple information pamphlets which helped locate my destinations easily.
