Venice Beach Boardwalk is 2.8 km from the boat, while Santa Monica Pier is 6.5 km away. The nearest airport is Los Angeles International Airport, 8 km from Luxury Afloat Yacht Paradise 3 bedrooms 3bath 5 beds with full Marina view. Easy checkin if you have a local number. Boat was clean, large, and comfortable. Evgueni, our host, took his time to explain carefully. He even helped us out a lot, by bringing luggage to the airport at a certain time because our rental car was small. All in all we had a great time, would recommend. :)

Good central spot on pier 39, short walk to fisherman’s walk and all amenities close by, spotlessly clean and so comfy I could have slept the clock round, great communication with Jeff and would recommend we had a great time

I like the room, the view and the balcony. We enjoyed watching the boats. Breakfast is good with a hot selection every day.
The location was great. Property is clean and safe. You can rent boats, paddle boards, jetskis at the marina.
It was close to where I wanted to go. Walking distance to the midway, tour boats etc. Staff were very nice.
We had a fantastic time here. Randy, at the front desk, really helped start our mini vacation out wonderfully. He exceeded our expectations in customer service, well done! The room was super clean and the pool had bar service which after a long week of working, a mai tai at the pool was all I wanted (and that mai tai was delish)! The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing!! Beach, boats, restaurants, shopping all a few steps away. We will be back and we’ll bring our kids next time.
Excellent location on the harbor. Nice area to walk and enjoy shops and restaurants. Recommend getting a harbor view room with balcony overlooking the boats.
First, know that you have to book the boat to take you back and forth to Avalon each time with cost @ $25pp and you have to find on your own because it's not included in your tent cost! Then, know that there is no food on the island, so you will go hungry if not prepared. They have some candy and some other stuff, but nothing really good or cheap! The lights at night are minimal, and the tents are confined and not very comfortable being in. The best thing about them was the beds. Those were to notch!
Very good location, within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf and the pontoons where the boats depart to visit the bay and Alcatraz, a bike hire agency and a cable car terminus. Comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff.
Best breakfast we had out of 3 hotels in California and was the cheapest per night. Nice clean rooms. Great location right by the yachts and boats. Kids enjoyed the pool
The hotel boat is really cool and the best part was to wake up and see the river and the sea lions in there!! It was amazing!! :)
