Our stay here was excellent, the highlight of a 21 day trip staying in 10 locations. It was very clean with some really nice luxury touches. The hosts and staff were excellent, contacting us every day to make sure we wanted for nothing. Great to be able to jump into the lake from the decking. Played music and partied without disturbing anyone as everyone was far away. Night sky amazing with no light pollution. Many things to do close by, Erawan falls very good early before the hordes arrive.

Set in Kanchanaburi, less than 1 km from Kanchanaburi Railway Station and 3.1 km from The Jeath War Museum, Tara Raft offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The raft was bloody great, I will book here again. You cannot get anymore central than this on the river kwai. Well worth the money.
