Incxredible feeling to sleep on a boat, with view over the water from each room. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. We went to a local brewery recoomended by the host, it was one excellent experience. Rooms were very clean and warm, despite outside temperature were freezing. Im looking forward to book in the spring or summer, so i can enjoy the open upper deck.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The absolute position is really good, very close to everything, including the central station.

This charming hotel is set on a restored 1907 windjammer in Gothenburg’s Gullbergskajen Quay. It offers great views of the waterfront, free Wi-Fi access in public areas and spacious maritime-themed rooms. Unique experience staying on a boat, considering the boat is so old i was amazed on how well it looked. Very rich, diverse and delicious breakfast, self-checkin available.

Husbåten Vega 1 Göteborg City is a recently renovated boat in the centre of Gothenburg, less than 1 km from Gothenburg Central Station and 1.8 km from Ullevi. Among the facilities at this property are full-day security and private check-in and check-out, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is situated 700 metres from Nordstan Shopping Mall. The house boat was a real treat. It’s really close to the city center and dozens of shops and restaurants. The toilet/shower facilities were very clean and super nice, better than any shared hostel bathroom we’ve been in! The boat itself is cozy. We shared the cubby in the back and slept quite well and fit comfortably in the sleeping area (though we aren’t very tall— 165 & 175). Definitely recommend to try it out for a new and unique experience!

Host was very kind, and the boat was a truly unique place to stay instead of a hotel.
