So cool to stay in the centre, on a boat. Well appointed, with a coffee machine that made pretty decent coffee. The pull out sofa was not your typical sagging version, but actually quite comfy. Nice interior and a quiet street at night.

The location was perfect and close to all the sights. It was clean and comfortable and they thought of all the details. The robes were a nice touch for after the hot tub and the Nespresso with milk frother was a nice treat!

We directly watched the sailing boats at the yacht club, (Apt54b). Really nice. Very quiet Only hear the Wind and at the top of the sailing masts. Bus to inner city very close. Beach few minutes. Good restaurants and Bakery (try the Norfolk!) . Enough parking space. Checkin and out very easy and friendly.
Location was perfect for parkrun tourism at Zuiderpark. The fact it’s a houseboat is a big plus, it was also very spacious and had the lovely decking area with hot tub!

The boat hotel is quaint, friendly and located close to Rotterdam Zuid train station. My dog and I slept like logs. The breakfast was delicious and hearty. The surrounding area is great for a wander. Plenty of shops are around a corner. It's an idyllic hotel. I wouldn't swap the experience for any other hotel. Thank you kindly. Panda and I stayed at this dog friendly hotel, en route to Rotterdam Europoort, having landed at Amsterdam that morning. The hotel helped arrange a taxi too.
The location and the design. These little houseboat hotels are awesome. Central. And perfectly designed. So many cool little details to allow for the maximum amount of living in the smallest amount of space.
the houseboat floating on the river was amazing. the deck with comfortable chairs to sit and watch the boats and wildlife go by. astrid was so helpful, giving us a lift to town and back so we didn’t need to get back on our bikes
Amazing and clean little hotel boat. I never actually knew it was a hotel boat but it was really clean and well maintained on the inside. Bang smack in the center of Rotterdam. 100% worth it to be there. Very friendly reception & bar staff!
