Yummy Italian breakfast with perfect espresso, really comfortable bed and personally i love sleeping on sea, and most importantly, amazing hosts. Aurelion and Francesca are so lovely, i just loved spending time and connecting with them. the feeling of a sweet family presence, that's how it felt like. I arrived late to the airport and there were no trains to Termini, but Aurelion was sweet enough to pick me at a late hour and take me to the yacht, he said 'don't worry, you are sleeping on the yacht today'. believe me it felt great hearing that when you are lost on an island.. and there is an amazing view of the city and the big mountain over the boat, breakfast with that view was really sweet.

We booked the room for an overnight as we took the boat trip to the Eolian islands. The location was very good (close to the port). The host assisted with our request to have the check-in in earlier than scheduled, and the breakfast was also close to the apartment. Overall a lovely place to stay even for more than 1 night as it is confortable and spacious.
Marcello, our host made contact with me prior to our arrival and was there to meet us despite only arriving at 19h00 due to a delayed flight. There were coffee pods at our disposal as well as water in the fridge. He gave us a list of recommendation of things to do in the area as well as where to do our groceries and best places to eat to have an authentic meal, not at tourist traps. He even had a boat and offered to take us out at the going rate, which we did and was definitely a highlight. There was a beach umbrella to use at the apartment.
Stefano, Antonio and the rest of the team were exceptional when it came to service. They helped us find train times for a trip to Noto, book a wonderful restaurant for dinner and a great boat trip. The facilities were great and the breakfast was delicious - in particular the home made marmalades! Highly recommend this place - you will have a great time if you stay here.
Very spacious room, quiet, spotlessly clean, very rich breakfast (they kindly offered me boiled eggs instead of scrambled on request), perfect location next to the station, boat embarcation and very near to historic center.
Location was great. Next to a great beach and within the city center. Imho best in town. Really a 10/10 experience in terms of value. Extra bed, beach umbrella, water in the room, perfect breakfast included. I also highly recommend their boat excursion to the islands. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We felt really welcomed.
Perfect location managed by great hosts. First time sleeping in a boat…total silence….Staying in Italian hotels can be a challenge due to people dragging furniture around all hours of the night. At the Panaby House boat, we had a great experience. We took advantage of their excursion an had a great time snorkelling…..Highly recommend this property
I love the overall room. Clean, Tidy, Spacious and comfy beds. Toilets are also clean and big. Close to the main streets and main attraction of Palermo. By the water gives a great window view of all the yachts and boats. Sebastianos was amazing from the first day providing us all the information we need and food recommendations. He also organised a taxi for us for our early morning flight!
