You dont have to take your car at nights you can walk to the city in 15 minutes!!

The location is awesome, being in one of Cagliari's marinas, and incidentally within walking distance to a pair of very good restaurants. The facilities are excellent, although of course one must keep into account the fact that they are houseboats: the bathroom is tiny, but that is more than made up by the ample living space, the outside deck with chairs and a table where breakfast is dressed for you, under the shade of a sun umbrella, and even the upper deck where one could relax in the sun (too bad I was traveling for business and didn't have time for that). Juan, the host, keeps everything in order and pampers his guests with a degree of care I seldom found during my travels.

Very fun experience. We had never slept on a boat before so it was great being on the water and watching the sunset and sunrise. You get parked in a beautiful private bay where the only sounds are the birds and the water. Excellent! Room underneath has everything you need including toilet, stove top and kitchen utensils. Shower is a hose on top of the boat in case anyone seeing this may have been expecting more. Owner/manager is great and easy to communicate with. Makes sure you are okay after he docks the boat for you and returns to land. You can park right where he picks u up in the boat if you drive there like we did.

My family and I really enjoyed our 1 night stay on this unique boat. It's not the biggest, but it's cozy and has it's own charm! Standouts for me were the views, the unique experience, and the accommodating host who even helped me ship me back the Airpods that I left on the boat. If you like camping, this experience gives off a similar vibe! Just note that you cannot review it from the framework of a traditional hotel. You will not have the same comforts as staying in a hotel, but you will have a unique experience!

I absolutely loved staying on the houseboat! Waking up in the morning to the complete stillness of the water in the marina and yachts gently bobbing and sun coming up with the back door open. Sitting with coffee on little terrace at the back.. I was very happy and at home and made a great change from a hotel having my own space. Great position for old town and restaurants, for the promenade and access to beach and beach bars. Totally recommend!
