Close to the city centre but very peaceful. The barge was clean, stylish and comfortable. Lovely hosts who met us and showed us around. Access to the wharf was easy. Really generous, providing milk, tea, coffee and a welcome cake. The kitchen was well kitted out and we had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had an amazing two nights sleep. The shower and bathroom facilities were also top notch. A really welcoming and stylish feel to the whole experience and we would happily book again.

Nice lobby & dining area and lots of comfy seating. Very nicely decorated. Bar and balcony bar were nice. It was lovely to sit outside . Breakfast had lots of choices and was help yourself. Nearby fish and chips, crazy golf , amusements and boats etc. If you go in the car locally there are lots of eateries and bars.
Great location and accommodation. Easy checkin, polite and friendly staff. Rooms clean and modern, has everything you need. River view great....loved watching the boats come & go! Breakfast choice good, hot and cold options available. Enjoyed dining at Gino's, enjoy tbe pizza and pasta. Ni e lounge area to relax with a drink. Didn't get chance to visit the Sky bar, maybe next time.
Staff were able to give us an early continental breakfast as we had an early start as going on a boat trip. They also accommodated us on various food intolerances and were able to provide a late dinner at 9.15pm, when we were late back from the trip. Service was good and staff were friendly at all times.
The property is located at the scenic Docks. The interior of the Hotel boats boutique rooms and was efficiently staffed. The reception team were super helpful and friendly. Everyone we spoke to were engaging and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean! Last minute booking and delighted we opted for Malmaison for our short stay.
Brilliant location, apartment was great, lovely sitting on balcony with a cup of tea and watching the boats on the Mersey. Views from all windows in the apartment were great. Booked to go again later in the year.
Great boat,equipped with all the essentials that were needed,clean,we all loved it
The location, just opposite Albert Dock, was excellent. We could easily walk over to the various bars and eateries and it was close to Pier Head where we took a boat trip on the Mersey.
