Moored on the Rhône River in Avignon, the Espoir barge offers several accommodation options on the boat, each with free WiFi. The city center and Avignon bridge are a 20-minute walk away. Great host and hostess. Very welcoming. Right on the river (it's a boat after all) and easy access to Avignon. Quiet at night. Has parking. Oozing with character. The location was the best. 50 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the old town with all its restaurants and nightlife. It was a very novel place to rent. Sitting in the back of the boat was the most lovely place for a relaxing drink or light meal, you could not ask for a more relaxed and pleasant experience.
