Classy hotel with view on lake and mountains, a big pool, and direct lake access. Big and comfortable room. This was our third stay, which says it all. Bus stop and boat stop directly outside the hotel. No car needed to visit all sights.

Close to bus and boat stops and furnicular station. Generally well equipped with large cupboards and lots of room to move around for a relatively small apartment. Compared to other places we'd stayed in Switzerland, this was very good value for money

We requested a balcony with a Lake Lugano view and it was perfect, however there is a main road between our room and the lake. We like to keep the windows open, so there was traffic noise, but it did not bother us. The hotel was a quick walk to the train station and the boat cruises were right across the street. Restaurants everywhere and shopping galore. Breakfast was very good.

Very modern and clean hotel, big rooms with great bathrooms with walk in shower. Perfect location near the train station, boat station and funicular to explore this beautiful part of Tessin.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the Lake. Loved having the boat dock and rail station so close. The front desk staff was excellent and were helpful every day. The breakfast was very good. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location was right in middle of town and by boats and buses

Fantastic stay with the best owners!! We were spoiled to excess by the two wonderful owners of this gorgeous B&B! From fantastic and kind service to being spoiled by the best breakfast, this B&B is a true gem! Close to the boat, train and bus transportation, also also tranquil by being away from the big city of Lugano! We will certainly be back when we are in Ticino next time!
