From the houseboat, you do any number of different speed boat trips with nature experts. Some appear expensive but this is the best value Pantanal adventure period. Catch piranha off the boat, see Jaguars ( as we did ), iguana, capybara, giant otters from the speedboat with no-one around. It's magical. They are very interesting people with rich histories. Go and join their world as a first priority in the Pantanal.
