The boat skipper was very kind and helpful. The location is great in the marine. We paid for a day trip to the blue lagoon which was awesome.

What a FANTASTIC experience. Kids loved it and so did we. Very friendly owner that made us feel very comfortable. We were directly in the marina. A small boat is available to rent from the owner and we used it every day to explore the neighbouring islands and beaches.

Just to wake up in the morning with the view of the boats in Marina is perfect. The house is more like a apartment with a perfect uper deck, with Jacuzzi and the view. You can really organize your time as you like, be active or just take it easy. In the evening is perfect moment to relax and watch the stars from hot Jacuzzi tub. Everything is close by. The beach is not a perfect one but it’s close one and you can always easily go for the swim. The house has everything you need and the host Igor was helpful in organizing everything to run smoothly. Thank you for that. I will definitely come again.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, The Sea Lodges Novigrad - Bootshaus Floating Sea House is located in Novigrad Istria. Helt suveren utsikt og flott takterasse. Vi var nesten alene der ute hele uka. Fint å lage mat og spise oppe på terrassen. Bra Jacuzzi.

Top deck also had a nice view over harbour. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool with a bar was across the car park.

The house boat is beautiful and is located at the end of the marina which is ideal for getting out on the water or for heading into Pula. We hired a small boat which was a great way to visit some of the local islands and restaurants. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing but also offers plenty of shade where required. Alen was on hand to greet us when we arrived and was excellent in helping us when required.
