Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
The location is great. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the boats go by. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The room was also clean and had everything we needed.
cozy and close to all the shops, beaches and very beautiful sunsets not far from the place of residence, a bay with yachts and a dog park 0.6 miles away.
Great location on the intercoastal waterway to watch the boats go by. Nice fully furnished and stocked one bedroom suite. Convenient location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. 20 minutes to the airport.
Unlike many Florida condos, this was very modern, smart and clean with a decent pool just outside and seemingly nice clientele in the rest of the small complex. Host Katherine and manager Raphael made sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor seating area at the rear of the complex backed onto a boating canal and was a bonus, particularly for sundowners!
we love the location and size of the property on the inter coastal and it is close to everything and it’s so much fun watching all the boats.

The property is located right on the canal, making it nice to sit out watching boats and fishing. Unlike the condos next door, we were able to fish from the docks which is a must for myself staying on the water. Very nice pool and lounging area after being on the beach, with areas to spray off before entering your room. Staff was super friendly and we were never bothered one single time all week.
