Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
The location is perfect for Miami! And the Biscayne Bay view was gorgeous to behold every morning. My parents and I really enjoyed watching the boats, yachts, and cruise ships. The patio is huge! Fourth of July fireworks were also spectacular to witness. Large open space so the three of us didn't feel cramped. My mother is handicapped so it was great that the place was accessible and allowed plenty of room for her to move. Full kitchen and washer and dryer.

The staff are very friendly. The app is a cool alternative. The room space is quite small, but the bed is very comfy. The TV is nice a big. Roof top bar and downstairs bar is a nice place to chill. Lounge area, also really nice. The location is amazing, the quiet side of downtown and opposite Bayside, a really good area for day and night food, drinks and boat trips.
We liked the Brickell Area, very nice and easy to walk around places. The place was very secure, even just to get access to the pool was a process so we felt very safe there. The condo was very clean and the perfect space for what we needed. The balcony had a neat view of the city and the Miami River to watch the boats going by.
Very modern upscale property with a beautiful lobby, rooftop pool and amazing views of the ocean. It’s right across the street from the Bayside Marketplace where there are shops, dining and unlimited choices of boat excursions.
The elevator system is an engineering miracle!
The room was clean and comfortable. When we checked in the lady was lovely and very welcoming. We booked this hotel as the location was very close to the Airboat trip we had arranged. The food in the bistro was also good.
Continental breakfast only but just fine. Exceptional rooms and the view is fantastic from all sides. Bayside market and boat and bus tours just across the street. If you want the beach they have a shuttle to a South Beach hotel that is part of their service. Stay there again in a heartbeat!!
