It’s always great to stay on a boat and it was a nice boat unfortunately mid July in Key West. It was unbearably hot and the one little AC unit could not cool the whole boat, the back of the boat faces the sunset so it was brutally hot.
If you've ever wanted to experience time living on a boat in a marina, this is the place for you. The mature boat provided all necessary conveniences and is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and a convenience store.
Off the main road, but still in the middle of everything. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of room in the townhouse. It was modern and clean. Snorkel tour boat leaves from behind the property. Staff friendly, helpful, and professional.
Had a wonderful time at Island Bay Resort. The property is lush and meticulously kept. There were so many nice and special touches. The paddle boards, paddle boat and kayaks were in great condition. Hosts, Sue and Steve, were incredibly welcoming and wonderful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
We liked it’s proximity to restaurants and boat rentals. And the snorkels loaned to us from the neighboring dive center was a great bonus. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards provided by the hotel, as well. Management was very friendly.
Locations was great! Staff was friendly and attentive! Room was clean and facilities had a little of everything! Boat docking, little beach, tiki bar, pool! Will rent again!
