We always enjoy the view of the harbor & the ocean, the fishing boats coming in & out. We also enjoy the sound of the foghorn & waves--we leave the slider open part way! Breakfast is adequate, but a microwave would be helpful to warm something after you've checked out to take with you.

The hotel is located right on the harbor, with a wonderful little trail that leads down to several delicious restaurants. It is active, and interesting to watch the boats and animals from your balcony. The trail also leads down to a beach that was fairly quiet during our stay. You can catch an amazing sunset from the beach, and the foghorns nearby add an extra ambiance. Vivid colors paint the landscape from the varying types of succulents and flowers. Beautiful area.

Great location right in the harbor. Big window in the 2nd floor so you can sit and watch the boats coming and going and seals in the water. Right next to Princess Seafood which is a fantastic restaurant for lunch and dinner. Easy access to Hwy 1. The place is pet friendly and they provided sheets to cover the furniture (I had brought my own) and towels to wipe dogs feet as you come inside. There's even a dog bed upstairs.

GREAT TOUCH HAVING THE POO BAGS AVAILABLE NEXT TO THE GARBAGE CAN FOR DISPOSAL WAS PERFECT. THE GROUNDS WERE WELL MANICURED AND THE FISH CLEANING FACILITY WAS A NICE TOUCH. NICE TO SEE HOSES AVAILABLE TO WASH DOWN CARS, BOAT MOTORS OR WHATEVER. OVERALL THE GROUNDS WERE EXCEPTIONAL.

The view is always great. Fishing boats motor below in and out of the neighboring harbor. The fog horn blows in the distance. The waves lap the shore....

The harbor view is great! Every room seems to have a view either directly at the harbor or at the bridge. Balcony in every room. It can be noisy if the balcony door is opened, the sounds of fisherman's boats and seals. The room itself is OK, decent beds, clean white bed sheets.

This place is really a motel, not a hotel. But it's very nice motel. The rooms are large and well-appointed, and quiet, and they look out on the sea. Best of all, you can walk (or drive in 5 minutes) down to the harbor, which has a number of seafood restaurants, where you can also watch fishing boats unload.
