Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
The positive side is the off-street parking and the distance to Boat Avenue's tourist/local centre. There are great shops and restaurants in Boat Avenue. However, the road to Boat Avenue from the Regent is not fit for walking; it is narrow and busy. The pool was very nice, but there were no toilet facilities. The beds were good not too firm. There are two EV charging points at the hotel.
The apartment was exactly as shown in the pics. The condo was totally suitable for my 9-night stay. In-room facilities were perfect with most things you need in an apartment. It was overlooking the mountains from the longe and very quiet at night. The location is ideal for walking to all restaurants, and supermarkets, getting a massage, or shopping around Boat Avenue. The beach is 5 mins by scooter. Rosemary was a great host and was quick to respond to any requests. I would recommend the apartment and would stay again in the future.
a very nice welcome at check in, clean room but not so quiet given the construction. But we were aware of that so were prepared. Not as noisy as anticipated. The room and bathroom both clean and decent size for two people. The restaurant has great sea and mountain views. The pool is an acceptable size. The shuttle bus to Boat Aveue is free and very convenient. The staff were all very pleasant.
The pools were great, especially the little touches of the paddle boats (for kids - 38kg limit) and floating beanbags. Good local food options along the beach in the area. Staff were all great.
We liked the location of the resort. It was close to Bangtao MMA and also Laguna Golf Course. It’s also close to Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket for some spa sessions and shopping. We liked the spacious grass area and surprisingly not many mosquitoes as my husband is prone to bites.

It is perfectly located in Laguna, with free regular shuttles to the beach, Canal Walk and Boat Avenue.
The owner/manager Pavel couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay.
The building is secure and Grab can deliver food / groceries to the lobby.
There are three swimming pools on the roof and playground / gym equipment too.
Good, quiet location. 15 minute walk to beach. Able to get little boat from neighbouring hotel. Good pool (although out of action for one day). Clean. Good facilities (including washing machine).
Friendly staff and very accommodating, they go out of their way to keep you happy. Very clean, house keeping excellent and nice spacious rooms. Plenty of sun lounges and towels. High quality surroundings with excellent sea views and balcony in our room. Close to food and shopping on boat Avenue. Good room service selection available until 10pm and variety at breakfast times. Beach clubs down the coast a must see as well as the boat and scenic tours or the island.
Great location.. walking distance to boat Avenue and lots of restaurant options.. New and well designed property, rooms are spacious and modern, WiFi works great, breakfast amazing. Beautiful pool on the roof.
