Nice location, a few minutes by buss to Piran. Perfect size for a family of five (three adult/teenage children). Sunshade, spa pool, kitchen, bathroom and air condition all in good condition. A well managed house boat! Access to pool in marina for half price.
The location is the best on marina, offering breathtaking views of the sea and town of Portoroz, and just a few min walk from the bay where you can swim. The house boat has all you need for a relaxing stay, including a hot tab.

Nearby café, swimming in the Adriatic sea, beach volleyball track, fishing opportunities - all in one perfect place! And the restaurant TAKAMAKA close by is absolutely worth a visit or three... ❤️
