The location is good, it's right on the river with stunning views, it has a free boat taxi service and it right next to Asiatique. All the staff were very nice and the service was good.
A genuinely exceptional stay on with Heritage on Boat Quay. The room and location were perfect but the real stand-out was the staff.

Great location with Boat Quay close by and the Asian civilisation Museum a quick walk across the bridge from the hotel. Room was very clean and a good size for two people with luggage. All staff were fantastic, helpful and professional.
Great location, 5 mins walk from 2 different MRT stations and a short walk to Boat Quay. Friendly staff who had good directions, and air conditioned rooms which was nice. There was a space to lock your bag and a curtain for privacy.
We had a really good stay at the hotel. The room was big enough and clean. There was also a small kitchen and a nice bathroom. The location is great. Right in front is the boat quay and all tourist attractions are reasonably close. Also the MRT station is not far way. The staff (Loc, Ryan, Divina) was firendly and really helpfull. They helped with the checkin and also when we needed something. We highly recommand it
The reception done way beyond their duty as just reception. My luggage was lost by the airline and was delivered to me 2 days later to a different branch. The reception at the other branch took a cab and hand delivered over to me. I was so grateful to the reception at Chinatown and Boat Quay.
The hotel is very well located. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Within relatively short walk you can be at Little India (one of the city's tourist spots). With an very short walk you can reach the nearest rain station that can easily connect you anywhere in the city (15mins to the famous boat hotel). Very clean place. Staff were always happy to help
