A small boat all to yourself with all the basic facilities , shower is at Marina ! I was with my daughter .

Communication, check-in and check-out were very smooth. Location was perfect for our stay (close to airport and Oriente station for onward travel). The boat is exactly as described and per the pictures. Very clean. Nicely made beds, plenty of towels, coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, clean bathrooms, good water pressure, even iron and ironing board are available. Despite availability of numerous bars and restaurants on the nearby promenade, it was very quiet at night so we slept very well. Don’t think any of the nearby hotels can beat a quiet, sunny morning coffee on the boat’s sundeck overlooking the marina. Definitely recommend!

Great location and its always much more interesting to stay on a sailing yacht than in a regular hotel. Belem tower and Jerónimos Monastery is all within walking distance and there are beautiful views of the Tagus river.

Our host Emi, who welcomed us on arrival, is amazing! She zoomed up to the entrance gate on her electric scooter to let us in :-)
The marina is lovely and full of interesting watercraft.
Our one-bedroom houseboat was snug and comfortable, and we enjoyed an excellent continental breakfast on our patio the next morning.
I have to add that the beer and music event I was invited to on the Wednesday night (on the roof of the Admin houseboat) is a winner!
A truly unique experience! Loved the overall design of the house boat - all was new, clean and stylishly built. Very friendly and helpful host Gui did a smooth check-in, breakfast (plus a wide selection of drinks/snacks available for purchase), terrace with sunbeds, hammock and grass, plus clean rooms made it a very enjoyable stay. Will come back for sure!
Although we live in Lisbon, we wanted to treat ourselves to a different weekend.
Everything is perfect, the staff is very friendly and the houseboats are magnificent.
