Brilliant stay in unique accommodation, Paulo and Sandra where exceptionally accommodating, transporting us to and from the boat when required. The location is a beautiful peaceful mooring out in the Ria Formosa, a great place to get some peace and quite, and drink some wine in the sun!

It was supposed to be nice to sleep on a boat. The photo looked great. However they did not match with the property and the description did not match with the reality.

We had a great adventure. The sunsets were amazing. It was a bit of fun. The little fishing Island nearby is very cute. We had a great siesta drinking cocktails at the kiosk.

The location is outstanding, it has one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen.
Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
Staff were very helpful on arrival. They stored our luggage until our room was ready, gave us a local map with key places to visit and texted us as soon as the room was ready. Breakfast was comprehensive! Fruit first then Greek yoghurt and muesli, then bread, jams and eggs, then cake! Very nice. Breakfast is in the outdoor area too which was lovely. They arranged a boat trip for us and even lent us an umbrella in case it got too hot on the beach.
Rose and Felipe were very welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect in centre of Faro with easy access to bus, train, restaurants and harbour for boats to the islands. Facilities were great and very clean (good kitchen, shower and toilet). Would go again any time
Everything is central to this location and easy to access. You can walk up about 10 minutes to the pier to catch a boat to the islands and have a whole day trip.
The apartment had a modern design, very clean and a great size with everything you might needed. Great location, very close to bus station with connections with the airport and other cities, but also to train station. Easy walk to old town and pier for ferryboats. Nice pool area.
The staff was very kind and attentive
Leevin guesthouse was really good value, the room was very comfortable and very clean, also had a shared roof terrace that was really lovely.its also in the perfect location for the train station and bus station. Had local coffee shops and restaurants well within walking distance and boat tours were also within walking distance . Really enjoyed my stay there and also like the fact you could contact staff via WhatsApp with the number provided during the day if you had a question or possibly an issue you encounter during your stay
The apartment was modern, super clean, and a great size with everything we needed. It is also an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, old town and pier for boat trips. The staff were attentive and super friendly ensuring we had everything we needed.
Very kind & timely check-in. Central location & room & bath room, kitchen & terrasse is ideal for an economical stay in Faro.
The owner gave great info via whatsapp about beaches, ferry boats, museums, restaurants and even a very nearby swimming pool.
Fab location in Faro suburbs with plenty of small shops and cafes in the vicinity, very close to a lovely public park (alameda joao de deus) with cafe, peacocks and live music. Apartment.is nicely done up and very homely. Clean and had everything we needed to cook etc. Very close to Faros 2nd train station, 5 mins walk. The view is lovely past the industrial zone and we watched the boats coming and going. Brilliant to have 2 lifts in the building.
