Great location and its always much more interesting to stay on a sailing yacht than in a regular hotel. Belem tower and Jerónimos Monastery is all within walking distance and there are beautiful views of the Tagus river.

A small boat all to yourself with all the basic facilities , shower is at Marina ! I was with my daughter .

Really good place with view. and perfect localization to explore Belem. We stay 2 nights and it is very ok. There is 3 separate beds in 3 small cabins which is convenient. Boat is equipped as flat just all is small:) Owner is nice and helpful.
Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.

This was an excellent option and great alternative for those going to an event in the nearby area. The boat was right in the marina and walking distance to the Hipodromo. The host was very accommodating, greeting us with a welcome bottle of cava and a meat and cheese board . She was also very easy going with breakfast time (more wonderful food). Then coming back for check out time. A great service and experience overall.
We loved staying on board right in the heart of the Marina. The boat was perfect for a couple. It was roomier than the pictures suggest. Loved sitting up top overlooking the Citadel having a glass of wine in the evenings. We knew the bathroom would be small and showering maybe difficult however there are private showers for marina residents not 100 m from the boat that were great.
The property is in a brilliant central location for a visit to Cascais. We had the room on the upper floor with a roof terrace which was great to retire to with a glass of wine, with views out to the yachts in the harbour area. The property was very well maintained, clean and comfortable and the reception staff helpful. We are definitely planning to come back for a longer stay in the near future.
Beautiful boutique hotel with views of the beach and fishing boats. Perfect walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Great location central to beach and town! Very clean and staff were friendly and happy to help. Be aware that only one side of the building overlooks the beach with charming votes of fishing boats in the water. We stayed in the top floor with interesting ceiling lines and a beautiful view.
Fun to stay on a boat but, of course, people should know it’s tight space. They make good use of it and we appreciated the protected sitting area in back. We could not take advantage of the outdoor seating options due to inclement weather, but it’s a lovely, well maintained space and the staff are really wonderful and responsive.
