Amazing calm place, ideal for take a rest with nature and deeply breathe for myself. Workers are very friendly, helpful, but they are desret like a ghost. Apartment are very large and made with Hearts of Gold. You may go there without hairdryer, towel and a lot lot things. I found it everything to repair, cleaning, cooking, enjoyments. I was charmed. Great position, very close to market hall and a lot of pubs! Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need. All the facilities on the boat were working perfectly, you have a really nice terrace, and the host is very nice!

Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
The magical combination of modern houses and traditional houseboats gave us an unforgettable experience. Everyone slept soundly as the boat floated gently. A lot of water sport options. Bars , restaurants, supermarkets, and two indoor car parks are close by. Panoramic view of the lake and the modern skyscrapers. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The houseboats wheelhouse and xaptsins quarters provided a wonderful, cosy and quirky base to chill before going off exploring, we loved it. Great location in Central Rotterdam too
I definitely enjoyed my stay at B&B Unitas, the place is clean and the host is friendly as well. It was my first boat stay so I am not sure what to expect. I went to Netherlands for a school exchange and is really great that I have such an unforgettable experience.
The boat hotel is quaint, friendly and located close to Rotterdam Zuid train station. My dog and I slept like logs. The breakfast was delicious and hearty. The surrounding area is great for a wander. Plenty of shops are around a corner. It's an idyllic hotel. I wouldn't swap the experience for any other hotel. Thank you kindly.
