Such a lovely, relaxing stay on the Quo Vadis. The team were so lovely and everything they did made you feel as if you were just a guest in their home. Left the boat every day with a huge smile on my face. Thank you Quo Vadis!

A very nice place to stay while in Groningen- great location by the lake, so you have beautiful views and peacefulness. Can't walk to the city center though - it's a bit far, but there is a bus stop nearby. You can also rent a bike at the hotel (or a boat!). Spacious free parking just at the front. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms although might give you a gloomy impression at first due to dark interior design. Very quiet. Worth recommending! :)

It has had its charm to spend the night in a boat. Artificial plants and decorations were used to enhance the boat.

This was the true highlight of the trip. Eliza, the houseboat owner, was extremely hospitable and accommodating. She made every effort to assure that the houseboat was in perfect order for us. She even had a bottle of champagne for us. The accommodations were amazing and extravagant. We wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Location to center of town was fabulous. It was reasonably quiet despite a busy road right there. Not much traffic late at night. About a 15 minute flat walk from the train station. 20 if you stop for a coffee! The welcome can of Pringles was nice. The boat itself was charming and I would highly recommend experiencing such unique accomodation.

Location near the lake, good facilities (swimming pool and restaurant on site). Breakfast is excellent. Staff friendly and efficient. We think we will return if we revisit the region. We also rented the motor boat (which is well maintained) for a ride in the lake which adds a lot of fun for the whole family.
