Our host Tim and his team were extremely welcoming and clearly work very hard on the boat to make their guest's experience a happy one. We really appreciated the service of the staff.
We also really enjoyed the functionality of the boat. The cabins were comfortable and clean and the communal space was ideal for our small group. And the WiFi gave us no issues despite being on the move on the water!

The location gave us further insight into life on the water in Amsterdam away from the city centre itself. The tram and bus services were excellent. The water life habitat combined with small urban habitat, including schools and local shops and bars produced a good outdoor safe feeling vibe. Our Hosts Ely & Jasper were not intrusive, spoke great English and so so helpful with the journey logistics and the boat logistics. Lovely people.
Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
Really a spectacular place to stay. The grounds are beautiful right down to a beautiful canel/river (not sure which), with boats to rent or be hauled around on. We arrived by bike and were immediately taken care of and bikes stored. Staff were wonderful. Dinner superb.

Good Breakfast in a lovely conservatory. Boat trip on a boat we hired at the hotel was charming.
-Location was perfect in a quite place beside the river and marina boats. Breukelen is a lovely town where all services and shops near to us. We were in middle between Utrecht and Amsterdam.
-The kitchen was full with equipment we needed.
-The property host was very helpful and she guide us well to easiest way to explore the country and the better way to use the transport.
