It is located in a beautiful village. The flat is very cosy with good facilities. The host was fantastic, super kind and helpful. We forgot to bring the socket and she drove and delivered one for us, and even drove me to the nearest supermarket which we couldn’t thank enough.

The location gave us further insight into life on the water in Amsterdam away from the city centre itself. The tram and bus services were excellent. The water life habitat combined with small urban habitat, including schools and local shops and bars produced a good outdoor safe feeling vibe. Our Hosts Ely & Jasper were not intrusive, spoke great English and so so helpful with the journey logistics and the boat logistics. Lovely people.

Dominique is so nice and helpful. It was our first time on a houseboat, so it was an adventure, but everything went fine. Little place but practically furnished. We' ve found everything what we needed. Keukenhof, Amsterdam and the sea is within half an hour by car. Good stay for 3 nights.
Basic cabin. Clean. If you account for sheets and towels you end up paying the same price as for nearby hotels. Washrooms are a bit away in the shipyard building where the boats are being repaired.
Unfortunately, I stayed for short period for few hours because of early flight , but it was awesome experience in houseboat. Really I slept well that night.

Marc the owner was very nice, he was highly available and responded to all our requests. There was a minor leak which he notified us of ahead of time and gave a discount without being asked, and accommodated a late departure due to a personal matter without additional charge. The place was clean and cozy. Having a boat that can be used is a great perk and was a fun activity for all.
Beautiful house boat with all amenities you need. Location is fantastic, close to the airport, but it feels like you're on a nice little outing in nature. Friendly ducks swimming around the house. Just lovely.
very large, amazing neighbourhood with good views and very nice owner. boat was amazing. getting to Amsterdam was a bit off effort but we’ll worth it for the price and property. bus from alsmeer west to hoofddorp the train from hoofddorp to central.
