Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
The apt had a gate with code for security. Ample parking space. The terrace overlooked the water (inlet) & the apt was very quiet. There was plenty of hot water. The small refrigerator worked well & very clean. The airconditioner was very quiet. Great assortment of pillows available. The apt even included 'Kleenex"! Also they provided cleaning products so could sweep out sand off shoes. It was very convenient to the many restaurants nearby and also to the ferry boat. Extremely pleased.
Everything about hotel bambou was lovely - the location is amazing, on the beach right beside the boat arrival at anse mitan. We were there 8 days and, although the format was similar, the food for dinner was different every day. The staff were lovely and, when our rusty French failed us, would speak some English to help us along!
The owners are very friendly and serviceminded, they exceeded our expectation by offering to pick us up at the boat down in the village. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything, and more, that you need for a pleasant stay. There is wifi, aircon, hot and cold water. We really enjoyed our one-night stay!
