Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
Great location on the harbour. Good for restaurants, bars and shops. Emily and Gianni were fantastic hosts. Staying on the boat was lovely and peaceful , away from the crowds in the evening. The boat was very well maintained by Gianni -beautiful decking.
The property is beautiful, the view brought about so much peace and tranquillity. Chiara was always available to respond to our messages and is very lovely too. The little town of Cannigione just 5min drive from the house is very cute and offers all basic needs, you can also hire a boat from the marina - Chiara can help with that.
We loved our stay here! We chose to stay a night here to make it easier for us to do our boat trip which departed from Cannigione. The suite was such a treat and so comfortable. The staff were very friendly too. Breakfast was good. We really loved the pool - it’s huge! Would stay again in the future.
Aethos was a fabulous place to both relax and use as a base to explore the shoreline by boat.

Close to the beach:) we were lucky to spent 2 of 3 nights alone on the whole yacht and it was very special. Thank you Gianni!
We were the only guests sleeping on the boat, so the whole yacht was for us. We stayed 2 nights, took the boat trip starting at 9am, and returned around 5-6pm. The boat trip was amazing!
Huge apartment with 3 large bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) and 2 big bathrooms. Plenty of space and fully equipped with everything we needed. There was a nice beach within walking distance and lots of nice restaurants and shops near the seafront. We took a day trip to the islands and caught the boat just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Great to have a private parking space too.
The hotel is gorgeous , great staff, we had a boat trip that the hotel booked for us last minute which we otherwise couldn’t book. Everything is very well thought of, breakfast, pool, ambiance, shuttle to the beach, etc. highly recommend for your stay in northern Sardinia
Amazing experience of sleeping on the boat. The boat is clean and charming.
The owners Gianni and Emily are adorable. They organise the sailing trips on the sea,which is definitely to go for. You will go out in the sea, meet some nice people, have 2-3 swims in blue crystal water or you can use a SUP, have a great food and prosecco at 11am. The atmosphere is wonderful. You can sunbathe on the boat or have chats with Emily and Gianni about everything. We loved the morning coffee!!!
