We liked everything, from the elegance of the place to the scrumptious breakfast. The property is one of the best we have stayed in Puglia. Our bedroom was spacious so was the bathroom, breakfast was homemade and Silvina gave us super advice on places to go to, restaurants and boat rides. It is extremely well located.
Brand new, modern, clean, spacious, located in new quarter of the city (village), amazing terrace, FREE parking area, 3 minute by foot from Leuca centre, bars, restaurants, beach - 15 minutes from the port and boat trips starting point (caves). Absolutely amazing place, a super friendly host with amazing smile and italian soul.
Our suite was very spacious and fully equipped to enjoy our stay in Santa Maria. Roberto went above and beyond in terms of helping to organise trips: initially a boat trip which was cancelled due to the strong winds; and then a fantastic wine tour and tasting later the same day, which went ahead. The outside terrace helped to make this a special stay.

Excellent location with private parking. Lovely comfy room with a private bathroom. Just a short walk to the harbour and into town. A boat trip to the caves is not to be missed.
