Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
Instructions for finding the keys and how to get into the apartment where very good. The view from the balcony, very interesting sitting watching boats& people on the quayside. Noisy at times but great. The double glazed windows kept any noise out when you were going to sleep. Easy flat walk to the museum and the port entertainment and to many bars and restaurants. Lifts good to get to the apartment. Will hopefully book it again when we return to genoa.
Great location and lovely to have a balcony to sit on with views of the yachts. Very comfortable bed. Easy access on foot to the major sites. Food shops and restaurants/bars nearby. Safe (paid for) parking.
It was one of the most special accommodations. Everything was great. The location is right in the center. On the boat you have all the facilities. Favorite moments were the morning coffee on the deck and a glass of wine at sunset.
Location is perfect. You can enjoy straight away the atmosphere of the old inner-city center.
The apartment, You can best compare with a sailing boat / Yacht, living in a small space, but everything was thought over profoundly. All the necessary equipment and more is nicely integrated.

I booked this hotel because it said it had a view of the water. I expected to look out and see beauty. All I saw was a bunch of boats docked right in front of me. Not pleasant.
It is a small sailing yacht, do not expect the luxuries and size of a five star hotel. The location is the best and the owner is very nice and helpful. For a truly different experience you can try this one.
The apartment was well furnished and spotlessly clean. It was in a great position with easy access to Genova by bus, train and boat whilst based in a small town. Stefania and her husband were very helpful in sending us suggestions for things to do and places to eat and were very quick to react when we had a minor issue with the hot water. We would definitely stay here again.
The tranquility of being on the water was unmatched. The gentle rocking of the boat lulled me to sleep each night, and waking up to the soft sound of water lapping against the hull was incredibly soothing. It was a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life!
Luigi’s yacht was an amazing experience, the staff were so kind and thoughtful and went out of their way to help me.
I had the boat to myself and it was heaven
I felt safe, I was warm and had a great night sleep
Breakfast the next morning was fresh orange juice and croissant and some lovely italian fresh bread.

Lovely room with Turkish bath overlooking the port filled with luxurious yachts and boats. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast buffet was extremely good.
