Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.

Perfect location with insane view. The place itself is very stylish, clean and cosy. The hosts are amazing and very helpful, they would satisfy any requests, helped in planning our stay, rent a car and a boat. So you will never regret about staying here.
We visited a lot of countries and hotels/bnbs, but it was the greatest experience we ever had!!!
The breakfast is superb: generous , varied and with many home-made delicacies. It is served on the top floor terrace which overlooks the bay of Gaeta from where the view is simply breathtaking. One could sit there for hours watching the boats coming and going and the colors changing as daylight comes and goes.
Extremely clean and new room with all necessities. Francesco was a fantastic host that took really good care of us, helped us with scooter rental, boat excursions, recommended some excellent restaurants etc. Communication was super easy and fast and he was always ready to help with anything at all. Really recommend this place, you won't find a host better than Francesco!

Our recommendation: let the Captain arrange a dinner at the Upper Deck like we did! Delicious food, good wine and incredible atmosphere.
