A 18-minute walk from Ostia Lido Beach in Lido di Ostia, BARCA Alto Livello provides accommodations with access to a solarium.

Liked the idea of staying on a sail boat. Would recommend considering it especially if you are thinking or wondering what having a boat would be like, It was a last minute booking and prices were better then the motels. Wish we had at least two days and a car there.

This is my second stay here. Perfect location. Secure. And love the peaceful feeling when staying here. Everything in walking distance. This lovely boat is comfortable and you really have to appreciate the effort Angelo and Fabio put into how cared for as a guest! All the breakfast goodies one needs as well. The sunsets and the quiet mornings watching the swans is also pretty cool. I dont think I want to ever stay elsewhere when in Rome. Thanks always for an incredible stay!! I will be back.
Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
Great Location, lovely view of the fishing boats coming & going with a nice breeze. Easy airport pickup/drop off for €7. Many restaurants within walking. A very local fishing village vibe. The pool was relaxing on the rooftop. I was given a 12pm checkout, but was also able to spend time around the hotel till I left late afternoon for the airport.
The hotel is in a fabulous location. You can walk to the Tibur riverfront. If u like seafood and restaurants u will love it, and you can wander along looking at boats. Hotel is accessible and the staff are very accommodating and friendly.
A lovely modern room, comfortable bed, very clean with a good size bathroom. It included breakfast and for €10 each way I was picked up and dropped back to the airport. Lucca is a lovely young man and let me practise my Italian on him. Would definitely stay again as Fiumicino is interesting and I love seeing the fishing boats come in. Just a 10 min walk away.
Location, clean and plenty restaurants cafes around. Area near beaches/ fishing boats wharf nice for walking.. Nice lobby and restaurant/ bar area although did not get chance to eat there.
Quiet and clean but our room was overlooking rubbish dump and smaller than our son’s and a bit worn. His was more recently decorated and a nice view overlooking the fishing boats. Breakfast was nice with reasonable selection of items.
Great location. The owner was very responsive and recommended a place to eat. Comfortable, clean, with everything we needed. Restaurants and cafes were all around. Lovely views of the water and boats from the side window.
Breakfast was ok. Was missing juice and any kind of fruit.
Location is excellent, right across the street from the Tiber River and fishing boats.
It's about 10 minutes from the airport. We would stay here again if you are leaving on an AM flight.
Their onsite restaurant has excellent food.
Andrea is like a fellow fishing buddy and soooo lucky that he rents out his boat or neaby one for freind.. And idillic location only a short drive to Fiumencino airport... Shhh.. need to keeep this place a secret.. The yacht clun restaurant is also superb, just that was shut during our stay due to the annual holidays... I will be back to watch the fish jumping 3 ft into the air, if nothing else
