Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
The location was excellent for everything Desenzano had to offer. Restaurants and shops on the doorstep… Very Short walk to catch the boat.. and about 10-15 min walk to the train station..Loved how the shutters blocked all the sunlight… The washer/dryer came in very handy. The double bed was super comfy…
Our room had a beautiful balcony with views overlooking the pier and harbour. We also were travelling to Limone (North of Lake Garda) after our stay and the reception were so helpful in finding bus/ boat timetables for our departure! (I would recommend going by boat)
Location was great for the town and boats to Sirmione and other Lake Garda destinations. Free parking outside the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. the location is perfect very close to the town, bus, train station and boat. The area is beautiful. Our room overlook the lake which was stunning. I would recommend this hotel.
The location was amazing overlooking Lake Garda, where we swam every day. The location was well placed for Desenzano 15 mins walk to the left & towards Sirmone to right.
There were also several beachside cafes along the walkway lovely to stroll to for morning coffee or for evening drinks etc.
The terrace was a great spot for sitting to watch the boats, observe the busy bird life on the lake or to just watch the world go by. It was an all-around idyllic spot for a relaxing getaway

5 mins to train station took me Venice Verona Florence no problem excellent place if you need good travel links .
Short stroll into the beautiful town packed with good food nice shopping loads of boat tours.Apartment has everything for a small family exceptionally well maintained quiet area .
Location is perfect. Breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. We got fried eggs upon request and was ‘well done’ too. Ferry port and private boats are just outside. The shops and restaurants are buzzing and there is a sense of belonging here. Highly recommended.
Fabulous breakfast and service. We needed to get a taxi to the train station and the hotel offered to take us for free in their shuttle! Amazing location too, right in front of the port with access to the boats to the nearby areas.
Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel and fabulous breakfast and dinner. Easy walk to town and marina for boat trips.
