Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
The location is excellent, with free parking available and easy access to other destinations. The villa is spacious, featuring a large balcony with a beautiful view of the lake, making it an ideal choice for families or large groups.

What a find! An absolutely lovely little hotel, within a 5 minute walk of Lake Como and restaurants, bars and boat rides.The staff were brilliant, and the room was spacious as was the walk-in shower. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean, and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was varied and plentiful - continental plus boiled or scrambled eggs, etc. The car park was secure and tucked away off the main street. English is spoken very well, which we appreciated! We would definitely like to visit again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, very comfortable room with great air conditioning and a fridge with free water, which was much appreciated in the hot weather! The location was exceptional (right beside the 2nd train station -no noise- with a link to Milan, supermarket and bus stop to the right and boat connections in front of the hotel). Only a 3 minute walk to the centre. Would highly recommend it!
The location is great. Across the street from the harbor to catch boat rides or tours. Cathedral is very close. Shops are all within walking distance. The breakfast was great, had everything you could want.
Location was brilliant - so close to the lake as well as lots of lovely bars, shops and restaurants with a lovely square. Marcello was very responsive and offered us lots of great recommendations for boat hire, restaurants and bars. Room was well decorated and spacious. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you!
Location was perfect to shops, boat, dock etc. There is a wonderful gelateria just downstairs. The host, Violetta, was very responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was extremely clean. The bathroom/WC is separate from the bedroom so it is convenient for small groups.
We really enjoyed our stay. The host was super helpful and always ready to give recommendations about boats, ferry rides, restaurants, bars etc. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Essential things such as towels, cooking utensils, med kit etc was also there. The apartment was located near the town - more quiet area, but ca 5-10min walk from the town and Como Lake so everything was near us.
The location is perfect for Como. There's restaurants and shopping near by. Lake Como is beautiful. The rooms were big and there was plenty of space for the four of us. We rented a boat nearby and had a great time. Our stay in Como was the highlight of our trip to Italy.
