Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.

The beach is right next to the hotel is ok, but there are much better beaches nearby...
We stayed B 115 which is a backwards facing room. It was excellent for me and my wife.Ice cold fridge and aircon. Small kitchenette with all necessary utensils. Free parking around the hotel.
Banjole is great if you want to be a bit more remote from a busy overcrowded touristy place yet really close to them.
The hosts were super nice. The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean, with many amenities such as a washing machine/dryer. It is located very close to Arena Pula with a view of the marina where you have many boat tours available. Beaches where you can swim are quite a walk away, but the bus station is right around the corner.
Everything . For information you can get a number 1 bus to Stoja. Beach with watersports only 15 minutes. Or take a boat trip to Rovinj and Red Island. I did both.
It's an amazing hotel, located next to some of the beautiful beaches on Verudela side of Pula city. The hotel is calm, clean, with a great breakfast. We loved the indoor pool, walking around the coast, and enjoying the nearby restaurants. Very clean and silent for a calm holiday stay. Public transport is nearby for those who like exploring the city and other attractions. Definitely recommending the boat tour and wine and art activities. Cheers to Romeo 🙂
Good location, Not in Pula, but 50m from a beach with restaurants and cafes nearby. Own garage on the ground floor, nice balcony with sea view, boat rental in 200m from the apartment.
We had an amazing time at the boat house. It's perfectly furnished and clean. The location was also great. The hosts were responsive and super helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
The house boat is beautiful and is located at the end of the marina which is ideal for getting out on the water or for heading into Pula. We hired a small boat which was a great way to visit some of the local islands and restaurants. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing but also offers plenty of shade where required. Alen was on hand to greet us when we arrived and was excellent in helping us when required.
Everything was just excellent! The house boat "Water Lilly" is located in the Marina of Pula and wonderful beaches are just around the corner, all necessary shopping markets are also very close (by car appr. 5 minutes). Thanks Elvis, we enjoyed our stay very much!
