Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
The location was perfect for me. because I wanted to stay near Marina Lav to catch a boat. Room was nice, very clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly and patient to wait for us due to our late arrival in Split.
An ideal place to relax! The room was clean, equipped with everything necessary. From the window there is a beautiful view of the sea. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge. You can also use a SUP board and a boat. The sea is clean and warm. The beach is pebble. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The owner is friendly and always ready to help. The villa is located in a quiet and cozy place. We were pleasantly impressed with our vacation. Highly recommend!
We stayed on the top floor with a magnificent sea view! We were warmly welcomed and offered drinks and ice cream at no charge. The owner was very friendly and did everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. Umbrellas, sunbeds, and even an inflatable boat with sup boards were free of charge.
Regarding the room itself, it had everything needed for cooking and was well-equipped. The balcony was large and, as mentioned above, had a beautiful view.
Perfect location. Right on the beach and good local bus service. Mario and others were so helpful and sincere. Although the room I booked said there were coffee making facilities, there weren’t but Mario provided me with a kettle and cup and spoon in no time at all. Also very accommodating with an early breakfast when I had to leave for a boat trip.
Spacious well equipped apartment for a family of four with adult children. Fabulous view from the wide balcony. We enjoyed the pool and shady garden. Hosts were so welcoming and recommended an amazing private speedboat tour which picked us up a few minutes from the apartment. We particularly appreciated free luggage storage on our last day and cold drinks before we left for the airport. Local bus 60 into Split or out to Omis every 30 minutes. Beautiful area with lots to see and do.
The room was wonderful. We had three rooms among us, and each had different amenities. Some had a safe, some had bedding, but it was not consistent. Breakfast was quite good; we enjoyed the juicer. Good access to the beach with a bar and pool on the premises. We were lucky there was a parking spot on site. A 15 minute walk to the pickup for boat tours.

the room and hotel facilities were amazing. literally on the beach. Staff were amazing. Especially the kind lady behind reception was so lovely. I broke my toe on a boat trip whilst here and she always checked in on me and even sent us a bottle of wine to room. loved our stay here.
The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was really great and diversified. I stayed on the last floor and the sea view was great; on the right, you can discover some great boats and on the left, you can see the sea. 10-15 minutes drive from Omis. 20 minutes drive from the greatest beaches in Makarska Riviera. The nearest beach is at a 2 minutes walk. The nearest market is right outside the hotel.
Meticulously maintained family run and owned business who were very helpful, informative and kind from checkin through to check out. They responded quickly to our questions and went out of their way to help us book a day boat tour, book an Uber, and even packed us a small lunch for the 2 days we weren’t able to attend breakfast. Breakfast was excellent too! Pool was enjoyed and is perfect for cooling off at the end of the day or if you don’t want to go to the beach. The room was very modern and comfortable.
